EVENING AND PRESENTATION

TO MISS MARIE BOSSELMANN Last Thursday in the Masonic Hall, Kaitaia, a very pleasant evening was given in honour of Miss Marie Bosselmann, when a large attendance engaged in dancing and games until a late hour. Mrs. R. Stitt provided the music, Mr. A. Bell acted as M.C., and the spot waltz was won by Mrs. A. Holder with Mr. Reid. After a delicious supper had been served Miss A. Hodgson, on behalf of Marie’s friends, presented her with an envelope containing a sum of money. On Tuesday evening Miss Bosselmann was presented with a silver sugar bowl by Mr. A. Bell as president and on behalf of the Old Pupils’ Association. On Saturday Miss Clara Lunjevich, on behalf of the Kaitaia Basketball Club, presented Miss Bosselmann with a pair of vases.
