CHOICE DAIRY STOCK BRING GOOD PRICES Mr. H. Thompson, of Victoria Valley, held his second annual reduction sale of pedigree and grade Jersey heifers yesterday, when proceedings were conducted by the North Auckland Farmers’ Co-op., Ltd. There was a very fair attendance, buyers coming from as far South as RusSell and Whangarei. Mr. Thompson’s herd holds a wonderful record in the North, both from a production and show point of view, and competition was keen. The cattle were brought forward in great order and prices were as fol-lows:—In-calf pedigree Jersey heifers 12igns to 201gns; marked grade incalf heifers, £B/15/- to £l3; grade Jersey in-calf heifers, £6/12/- to £7 10/-; pedigree Jersey bulls, rising 2 years, 201gns to 27igns; rising 1-year bulls, 15gns to 20gns.
