School Garden Party for Relief Fund A very successful garden party was held in the Oruru School grounds in aid of the Relief Fund. There was a large crowd and brisk business was done at the stalls, with the result that the fund wall benefit to the extent of £ls. The following were in charge of the various stalls and games : Produce—Brian Jacentho and lan Foster ; Cakes—Mrs. Norman Jacentho and Mrs. Robert Yates ; Sweets —Mrs. Kirk ; Ice Cream —Mrs. E. Taylor ; Darts and Quoits Miss Nancy Jacentho ; Lunch and afternoon tea—Mesdames Downes, Walmsley and Miss E. Foster. Purely Personal Mrs. W. A. Foster motored to Auckland on Monday. Mr. H. Rawle and son Colin have left for a holiday in the South. Mrs. S. Foster is visiting Auckland.
