On weekdays full rate period is from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., half rate period from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., quarter rate period from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. ; half rates apply all day Sundays and holidays except between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. when nnnrtpr annlv
