A Whangarei fishing boat has ina Mangonui the headquarters, the fish being taken overland to connect with the train. * * * * The sitting of the Transport Co-ordi-nation Board that was to have been held at Kaitaia on Wednesday to hear the appeal of Hutley’s Motors in regard to the passenger service license from Awanui to Whangarei, has been cancelled. * * * * Mr. R. T. Wrathall’s election committee met last evening and made final arrangements for the opening of his campaign as a straight out supporter of the Labour Party.
