BIBLE CLASS RALLY.

On Sunday the 23rd July a Bible Class Rally was held under the auspices of the Youth Council, in the Kaitaia Presbyterian Church Hall. The morning service was conducted by Rev. J. M. Blight, and the afternoon was devoted to Study Circles, the Subject taken from the Bible Class Syllabus was “What think ye of Christ ?’’and proved to be very helpful to the forty young folk who gathered there. A most enjoyable tea was provided at 5 p.m. after which a

cheery sing-song was held. The evening service which was conducted by Rev. Nicholas, and a number f young helpers, was an inspiration' I’lie Sermon continuing the Subject, “What tliiuk ye of Christ” will remain long in the memory of all who attended that service. The day was concluded by a happy hour with the congregation at supper.

It is the purpose of the Youth Council to hold Rallies of this nature at arranged intervals most of the year. This one, owing to its success has fired the members of the Youth Council with new enthusiasm, and all Bible Class members are hoping for great times together in the future.
