Vitamin Salad
Choose a fresh crisp head lettuce, 2 ripe tomatoes, 1 small onion, 1 medium sized cucumber, 1 small celery heart. Line salad bowl with lettuce leaves ; slice other vegetables small and shred the remainder of heart of lettuce. Mix thoroughly and place in salad bowl. Serve with cold meat and salad dressing, either boiled or mayonnaise.
