The Eclectic competition played on the Kaitaia Links on Saturday 19th inst. resulted as follows : LADIES. Miss Maria 51-15-36 was the winner and other cards returned were Mesdames Salvair 50-13-37, Wilkinson Treacher 57-18-39. GENTLEMAN. Smeaton 46-14-32 was the winner and other carets returned were Salvair 40-7-33, Cleary 46-13-33, Gallagher 47 14-33, Hale 53-14-39 and Wilkinson 47-7-40. Members are reminded that entries for the Flag match, to be played on the I2th September, close on Saturday next sth September.
