RECORD CROWD
What is probably the largest crowd to visit a football match in Kaitaia assembled on the Showgrounds on Saturday last to witness the contest for the Harding Shield. The sum of £6O 5/- was taken at the gate and rough calculations on the price of admission point that there were some 900 people present.
