Coming Annual Meeting
Next Saturday
The Annual meeting of‘the Kaitaia Dairy Company will be held in the Princess Theatre on Saturday August 10th. at 1030. The retiring directors are Messrs W. Rose, D. H. Lewis and L. M. Masters. Mr. L. M. Masters is not seeking re-election. The date for lodging applications for the position of director for the company has passed and no nominations have been received. The directors will probably elect a director in the place of Mr. Masters. Mr. W. R. Grigg has lodged a notice of motion to the effect that the election of directors of the company-.be held by postal ballot in future. The luncheon will be held in the A&P Hall, admission by ticket only.
