Men Reject Owners Terms Another Parley Suggested Huntly, Friday. The district councils of the Northern Miners’ Union have decided to reject the proposals of the mine owners, as submitted at the recent conference, which had as its object agreement on a new award in the industry. The union suggests that another conference be held.
