The Northland Age. WEDNESDAY, APRIL II COUNTY AFFAIRS.
In this issue we publish the contents of two letters dealing with the County affairs, and we believe the points raised will cause ratepayers generally to wonder what is really going on in the County. On the assumption that there is another side to the story told by each of our correspmJents, we refrain from commenting upon the matters referred to. It seems to us that these letters or the subjects dealt with should be of sufficient moment to warrant the County Council in taking some action to hold an enquiry into the allegations made. The County Chairman knows something of the grazing question and it is for him to clear the Council from the imputation levelled against it.
