The whole of yesterday was taken up with the Licensing Bdl in Parliament when the third reading was passed. This will again come under consideration to-night. Mr Coates, as already announced by him, has given up all responsibility as regards the Licensing Bill, with its new amendments of the course it will now rest with the Legislative Council what becomes of it.
