Kaitaia Sports.
The A. & P Society. Next Year's Gathering, Apart From The Show The Executive of the Mangonui A & P Society determined that in future the athletic sports meeting formerly conducted in connection with the annual show, will be held apart from the show altogether. In order to make this gathering an unqualified success, it was resolved on the motion of Mr T H Kenny, to invite Messrs. Christiansen, A Watson, G Rickard and A M Shugar, to act with the president and vice-presidents, as a separate committee in conducting the sports. It is felt that this will give those engaged in the management of the show a free hand to devote their entire energies to working up this fixture and making it worthy of the district.
