SCHOOL FOOTBALL. V Kaitaia v Takahue. A team from the local school visited Takahue on Saturday to play a friendly watch against the * Takahue lads. Mr Walker was in charge of the Kaitaia boys and they travelled out in the school bus. After an exciting game which was a very even one Kaitaia again came out the victors by 3 points tp nrl, The ladies of Takahue deserve a special word of praise for the * capable mariner in which they catered for the teams for luncheon which was served in the hall. The Kaitaia boys' are looking forward to the return match which will take pltice later in the season Mr Wt Kirtlan was in control I of the game.
