KAITAIA TOWN BOARD

Notice is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Kaitaia Town Board held On the 25th. day of February, 1927, the following resolution was passed, and will be submilted for confirmation at a special meeting of the Board to be held on Friday, the 25th day of March 1927, at 12 noon at the Council Chambers; RESOLUTION

In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Part XLIII of “The Municipal Corporations Act 1920” the Kaitaia Town Board hereby makes by way of special order a by-law under 'The Municipal Corporations Act 1920” and intituled the ‘Dangerous Goods By-Law 1927" The object and purport of the proposed by-law is the issuing of licenses to keep dangerous goods and the licensing of Kerb pumps. The Kaitaia Town Board will be the licensing authority under the Dangerous Goods and explosives Act for the Town Area. A full copy of this bylaw is deposited at the offi:es of the Kaitaia Town Board, Council Chambers, Commerce Street, and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours until the said 25th day 01 March, 1927.
