As it is only natural that the people of tins uislr.ct should speak in high terms of us fertility and possibilities, the opinions of outside men, possessing practical experience, is of great value, Here are some extracts from statements made by such men : After spending some weeks in your district I am impressed witn its fertility and possibilities. At the same time 1 wish to emphasise the need lor belter farming methods to secure a full return from the land.
