(To the Editor) Sir,—ln my capacity as President of the Liberal League I wish to refute the statement that has appeared in the papers to the effect that Mr. Hornblow is the Liberal Candidate for this electorate, and for the purpose of moving any misconception that might exist inthe minds of electors I feel it necessary to officially state that Mr. Hornblow’s name has never been before our Executive for consideration, while on the other hand I can state that the League has already chosen Mr. R. T. Wrathall and are prepared to support his candidature as the Official Liberal candidate. I am ete., H.D. CLEMETT President League
