That the currency of the said loan shall be tor a period of twenty (20 years), commencing on the Ist day of August, 1922, and maturing on the Ist day of August, 1942. 4. That the interest on the said loan shall be at the rate of Six Pounds (£6) per centum per annum, and be payable halfyearly on the Ist day of February and August in each and every year. 5. That the form of security for the payment of principal and interest on the said loan shall be eight (8) debentures of One Thousand Pounds (£ 1,000) each, and one (I) debenture of Eight Hundred and Thirty Pounds (£830), and relative coupons in a form in conformity with the provisions of the “ Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913” 6. That the Council doth hereby appropriate and pledge as security for the repayment of the said loan, and the interest, sinking lund, and other charges thereon, the Special Rate of Two-fifths of a Penny (2/sths d.) in the Pound Sterling on the ratable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all ratable property in the whole of the County of Mangonui. 7. That the principal and interest shall be payable at the Bank of New Zealand, Wellington. 8. That the cost of raising the loan, and the interest and sinking fund for the first year of the said loan, be paid out of the loan. Dated at Kaitaia this 28th day of July, [922. C.
