Hohea, £l4 12/2, costs £2 13/9; R. M. Houston v. S. Ritete, £2 13/7, costs £2 4/3 ! Adamson v. Wright, £26 16/9, costs £2 3/9; Miles v. Taniora, £[ 5/-, costs £l 1/9; Miles & Crene v. Martin, £3 7/6, costs £1 8/6; Urlich v. Broughton, £5 I/11, costs £2 1/3. Judgment summonses. Scheigis v. Noble, £l3 15/7, or 12 days in Mangonui gaol; same v. Walker, £26 14/5, or 25 days in Mangonui gaol; Stewart Syndicate v. Bakalich, £4 11/6, or 4 days in Mangonui gaol; Urlich v. Davies, £9 19/n, or' 9 days in Mangonui gaol. The next sitting of the Court will be held at 2 p.m. on Bth December.
