MANGONUI COUNTY COUNCIL LEVYING RATE Public Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of ; the Mangonui County Council to make and levy a General Rate of 3 265/384d in the JE sterling for the several ridings enumerated below, under the provisions of Section 117 of “The Counties Act, 1908,” and Section 48 of “ The Rating Act, 1908 ” and their amendments, on the Unimproved Value of the rateable property in the County as appearing in the Valuation Roll for the time being in force under “ The Valuation for Lands Act, 1908;” for the year commencing on the Ist of April, 1919, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1920 The said rate to be due and payable in one sum to the Treasurer at Kaitaia on the 2nd day of August, 1919.
