KAITAIA RIFLE CLUB
There were only a few members on the range on Saturday, 10th May, to compete for the weekly spoon competition. Tuis was won by Rflm. Howard Dunn, who lias been shooting very well of late. The ranges were at 300 and 500 yards, with a total of 55 points. The following were the scores: —Geo. Puckey 16, 16—32; R. H. Dunn 17, 13—30; S. Holder 12, 1 27; P. T. Lunn 17, 9-26; A. J. Matthews 14, 11— 25; R. A. Johnston 14, 10— 24; H. R. Watts 11, 11—22; Geo. Hodgson 13,8-21; J.Trott 13, 7-20; C.Meffen 9, 7 — 16; Alf. Snelgar 9, 5 -14. Rflm. Geo. Puckey and P. T. Lunn were handicapped 3 points each.
