VTOTICE is hereby Riven that it is -i-N the intention of the Mangonui County Counoil, at its next meeting, to oonfirm a BY-LAW made at a Special Meeting, holden in the Council Chambers, Mangonui, on Thursday, 7th April, 1910, WHEREBY it was decided that vehicles using the County roads, or travelling, or working, or being drawn on them, should be required to carry lights between the hours of sunset and sunrise on and after the day of such confirmation, AND specifying penalties for neglect to oomply with such By-Law.
