Mails for the undermentioned places close as follows : Puranui, Oruru, Peri a, Fairburns, Rangitilii, Kaitaia, Komiti, Ahipara, Pukepoto, Herekino, Owhata, and Kaiaka ou Sundays at 5 p.m. Kaitaia, Awanui, Mangatete, Waipapaauri, Hon horn, Pukenui, Waihc£>o, Waiharera, Kaimaumau—(Te Kao and Parengu alternate weeks)*—on/ Tuesdays at 11 a.m. Taipn, Oruru, Peria, Fairburns, Te Koroa, Takabue, Victoria Valley, Parantii, Kaiaka, Rangitiki, Kaitaia/ Awanui, Waipapakuuri, Komiti, Whatiwkialii, Pukepoto, Ahipara and Herekino ou Tuesdays at 5 p.m. Kobuinaru on Wednesday at 1 p.m. ' Auckland, Totara Norib, Whangaroa, Russell, Opua Kawakawa and Taipa ou Thursdays at 5 p.m. Oruru, Peria, Kaiaka, Fail burn, Rangitihi, Komiti, Takabue, Victoria Valley, Awanui and Kaitaia on Fridays at 5 p.m. Auckland, Kaeo, Wbangaroa, Kawakawa, Ohaeawai and Wbangarei on Saturdays at 12.30 p.m. Letters containing coin, if posted unregistered, will be compulsorily registered , and charged double registration fee, N.B.—Letters containing anything of value should be bunded to the Postmaster to bo registered.
