ROME, November 18. A bomb exploded near the High Altar in St. Peter’s Church, Rome, during the service this morning. The church was crowded at the time of the explosion and great alarm was caused. A scene of indescribable confusion followed, but no one was injured. The Pope immediately ordered the closing v of the church. SYDNEY, November 19.
