Further Massacres Feared. ST. PETERSBURG, July 7. The trial of twenty-seven members of the Mingerlian regiment for participating in the disturbances at Tiflis has led to a general strike there and the authorities have posted quick-brine guns in the chief thoroughfares. < The Commissioners have submitted to the National Duma their report on the Jewish massacres at Byelostok. The report accuses the Government of corrupting the army and transforming the soldiers into ferocious beasts. ST. PETERSBURG, July 8.~ A socialistic proclamation issued at • Warsaw warns the public that the authorities are preparing a massacre of vengeanco, to include both Poles and Jews. With a view to these eventualities the proclamation urges vigorous preparations for armed self defence.
