Four entries for each event or no second prize. 3. Protests accompanied by 10/- must, be lodged with the Secretary within 10 minutes after the race, or they will not he entertained. If a protest is deemed frivolous, the Committee.may retain the fee. 4. Any competitor leaving his mark after Icing placed may be put back a yard, and after a I bird offence ill the same race shall be disqualified. 5. No iiominn i.il will be accepted unless accompanied by the advertised entrance fee. (i. Any competitors starling in any event without having paid his entrance fee is disqualified by liis own act . 7. All competitor- must give their performances since Ist December, 1903, stating winner’s name and the handicaps of the three placed men. 8. All disputes shall bo decided by the Committee, whoso decision shall bo fiual. 9. In all Handicap events run in heats, the first and second only in each heat shall qualify for the final. 10. Any competitor entering under a false name or address, or in any way trying to mislead the hamlicappers, shail, on proof thereof, bo disqualified; and if it be discovered that ho has acted in a similar manner at any other Sports Meeting he shall also be disqualified, and any fees to this Club shall be forfeited.
