N.B.—Should the dates of arrival or departure of steamers and coaches to and from the above places vary, sittings he protracted, or any unforseen occurrence happen the dates and hours five* above may alter accordingly, or the Justices may tako any business within their jurisdiction. Criminal cases will bo heard first, next civil cases, then Old Age Pensions, unless good eause be shown to the contrary. Chamber and administrative business will be taken when convenient. Every Saturday from noon, Sundays, and all statutory and proclaimed holidays, such as Ist, 2nd, 3rd and 29th January, the 21st to 25th April, both inclusive; the 24tli May ; the 3rd of June, Labour Day; 9th November, and the 24th to the 31st December inclusive; the Courts are closed except for urgent business. Clerks of Court at the various centres may have to be absent at the Criminal Sessions of the Supreme Court, which commence on the 6th February, 16th May, Tib August, and 20th November, 1905.
