Bright replaces Childers, and Lowe replaces Bruce. Gladstone holds the Premiership and the Chancellorship of the Exchequer. Ayreton has resigned. Adam is his successor. Dr. Keneilly is calling for the sailors of the American ship Osprey, which picked up Roger Tichborne and lauded him with the rescued crew of the Bella.
