Steamee Aibedale. — The s.s. Airedale arrived with the English mail at 415, p.m., yesterday. She left the Bluff at 4"30, p.m, on the 10th instant, and had fine weather to Dunedin, which she reached at daylight on the 11th. Sailed from Port Chalmers at 430, p.m., on the 12th, and arrived at Akaroa at 7"30, p m., on the 13th ; left again at l"30, p.m , and anchored in Port Cooper at 5, p.m., the same day. Sailed from thence on the following day, at 4>15,4 > 15, p.m. ; experienced a stroug south-east wind and heavy head-sea to the Cape, and a strong N.W. gale across the Strait to Wellington, where she arrived at noon, on Saturday. Sailed at midnight on the 20th, arrived at Picton at 530, a.m., on the 21st, and left again at B'ls, a m., the same day. Had fresh southeast winds across from Wellington to Picton, but a dense fog prevailed for an hour after leaving Picton ; the rest of the passage fine weather and smooth water. She brings the following passengers : — Saloon ; Mr. and Mrs. Richmond and family, Mr. Barr, Mr. and Mrs. Dartnall, Mr. Dawe, Mr. Bishop, Mr. Hine, Miss Burrell, Mr. and Mis.
