public Notices* SUBURBAN-NORTH DISTRICT ROADS. TVfOTICE is hereby given, that in accord-i-N ance with tho provisions of tho " Country Roads Act,, 1856," a RATE of ONE PENNY in the POUND has been made on the ASSESSED VALUE of the PROPERTY within the said district, for the repair of the Trunk-roads ; and the following persons are thereby liable to the payment of the sums set forth against their names, and aye required to PAY tho same to Mr. Alexander Wragg-, Collector for the Board, on or before the 29th day of March next, after which date all Rates remaining unpaid will be recovered as provided for by the Act, without further notice.
