EDWARDS and CO. have received instructions from the proprietor to OFFER for SALE by Private Contract, at a very low rate, in fact, a great bargain — All that very valuable FREEHOLD PROPERTY and SHEEP-RUN, situate in the WangapekaYftlley, known as the " Wangopeka Run." The freehold embraces 3,200 ACRES, or thereabouts, the greater portion of which ia rich alluvial soil, and covered with capital grass. The right of run, under license from tho Crown, will extend to the water-shed of the ranges on each side of tbe valley, running east and west, and will comprise from 10,000 to 12,000 acres, exclusive of the freehold. Tbe entire Run is at present capable of carrying over 5,000 Sheep, and can bo made, by improvements, to graze at least 8,000. It is distant from the City ot Nelion about forty-five miles, with a dray road the whole way. It is easy of iccesi", and possesses the great advantage of being self-bounded, one shepherd being all that is at present required. The terms of payment may be made' most easy.
