ITALY.
The conflicts between the French and Papal troops still continue, the populace participating in the riots by aiding the Papal soldiers. Serious disturbances are anticipated.
A Hungarian Legion is forming in Italy, under Kossuth's guidance.
Immense preparations for war are making on both sides of the Po. The Austrians have 150,000 soldiers in Venetia. The Italians have an equal number ready to oppose them.
