It is needless to state that the greatest care is taken in the preparation ; and as neither DIRT, MOUSE, nor RAT DUNG is ever allowed to be in the grain, it being stored in VERMIN PROOF GRANARIES, so no machinery is required to extract it. But the great advantage it possesses over the wheat grown in the adjoining provinces is its great strength, and the total absence of Drake, which, if not (query) injurious to health, materially adulterates the flour, and no machinery has yet been found able to extract it. It is the most economical flour that can be used, yielding TEN per cent. MORE BREAD than any other Colonial Flour. Sold wholesale, and by the sack (200 lbs.), only at their stores. As it is now, and has been, extensively used by all the principal bakers in Nelson, any puffing would be useless, but it is the wish of the manufacturers to extend the benefit to parties consuming large quantities and if they have once tried the "pure article," they will, if practicable, never purchase any other.
