JEiscellaneoug* NOTICE is hereby given that at the next sitting of the General Assembly, a petition will be presented on behalf of the Dun Mountain Copper Mining Company (limited), for leave to introduce a Bill to empower the said Company to CONSTRUCT and MAINTAIN a RAILWAY, leading from Section No. 35 on the lands of the said Company, across the road lying between Sections 35 and 36, through Section 36 and Section 27, also across Manuka-road, along Brook-street, Manuka-street, Alton-street, Hardy-street, Waimea-street, and the Haven-road, to the Albion Wharf, with power to the Company to take and purchase such portion of the private lands aforesaid as may be necessary for the purposes of the said Railway.
