EDWARDS and CO. have received instructions to OFFER for SALE by public AUCTION, at their Warehouse, Trafalgarstreet, on TUESDAY, the 26th instant, at One o'clock precisely — A tract of valuable FREEHOLD LAND, near Collingwood, carefully divided into convenient lots to suit purchasers. This property is situate on the western side of the River Aorere, and contains a large extent of extremely rich and open Forest Land. A considerable portion of the open land has a good boundary fence, and has been already partially cultivated. It is needless to point oufc to intending settlers the advantage of the present opportunity of investment, seeing that unless land in private hands is brought into the market, persons desirous of settling in the Aorere Valley are unable to acquire a homestead. Further, the close vicinity of this property to the town and district of Collingwood gives additional value to this opportunity. Part of the purchase-money may remain on mortgage.
