At Nelson, on the 17th instant, by the Rev. Patrick Calder, Richard Beckford Scott, of Nelson, to Mary M'Dougal, eldest daughter of William Wells, Esq., of Marybank. On the 18th instant, afc Christ Church, Nelson, by the Rev. J. C. Bagshaw, Captain William Campficld Barnett, commanding the barque Cresswell, of London, to Carolire Margaret, daughter of the late Dr Glen, of Brompton-square, Middlesex.

Edwards & Co., the Stores and Rigging, &c,, of the Colerado ; also, to-morrow, (immediately after the sale of the Town of Beaver), Land in St. Vincentstreet, in the Waitohi, and the Wairau ; likewise Town Acre No. 197, with the brick house thereon.
