Maetin, to offer for SALE by AUCTION, THIS DAY (Wednesday), 24th instant, at One o'clock, on the premises to be offered, that valuable and HIGHLY-CULTIVATED FARM, being Section No. in the district of Waimea-cast, containing 50 acres, more or less, completely fenced, and divided into four fields — three-fourths of it in good grass ; together with the commodious and substantial buildings erected thereon, being the premises known as the WAIMEA-EAST HOTEL, containing large dining-room, parlour, bar, taproom, kitchen, six good bedrooms, and outbuildings,- and situated on the road to the Wairau.
