TO LET, the HOUSE for the Accommodation of Travellers, situate on the Government Reserve, near the Wairau River, at present let to Mr. Schroder. The right of depasturage over the Reserve (except about 30 acres) will he given for a limited number of Stock. Stock travelling through the Wairau to be allowed to depasture on the Reserve, free of charge. Good accommodation will have to be provided for travellers, at modei'ate charges. A horse for taking foot travellers across the river must be kept until a proper ferry is established, when the person occupying the house will have to attend to the same. A free licence for the retail of spirituous liquors, &c, will be given. Applications from persons desirous of taking the above house will be received at this office until the 31st January next, where any further information may be learnt.
