L. .Muller, Esq., to offer for SALE by PUBLIC AUCTION, on THURSDAY, the 18th June, unless previously disposed of by private contract, the large and commodious FAMILY RESIDENCE and detached COTTAGE adjoining the property of that gentleman, together with eight acres of LAND, two of which are laid out in lawn, garden, and orchard, and four in grass paddocks. The house, which is most eligibly situated about one mile from the centre of the town, contains 7 rooms, with kitchen, pantry, &c. ; and the cottage 3 rooms. There is a constant stream of water through the property ; and on the whole, as a pleasant ami convenient family residence, it cannot be surpassed in the settlement.
