TO CORRESPONDENTS. All communications intended for insertion must he accompanied hy the name and address of the writer ; not necessarily for publication, hut as a guarantee of good faith. As a general rule, letters intended for a Wednesdays paper shovld he left at the Examiner office at the latest on Monday evening, and those intended for a Saturday's paper on Thursday evening. Correspondents arc particularly reavested to write only on one side of the paper, especially if they are desirous that their communications should have early attention.
