NOTICE.
The great increase in our expenses consequent upon the enlargement of our paper, makes it necessary that we should call upon our subscribers and advertisers to settle their accounts promptly. For the future, all accounts will be sent in quarterly, when an immediate settlement will be required; and all advertisements from parties with whom we have no accounts must be accompanied by payment, otherwise they will not be inserted.
