GREECE.

We have accounts from Athens, dated September 2. The Government had, under the dictation of the Queen, addressed violent notes to the English and French ministers, which are couched in language quite as exaggerated as the pretended note of the King of Naples. These notes protest against the occupation of Greece by the allies. A few hours after the delivery .of the documents in question, the Greek minister of Foreign Affairs waited on the ministers of England and France, and wished to withdraw the notes ; but it was too late, and the Government is left accordingly in great anxiety. These events have induced the Queen to write and request King Otho to return as soon as possible to Athens. His Majesty arrived at Stutgardt on the stb, where he will remain for a few days. He was received by Count William de Wurtemburg. A telegraphic despatch, dated Athens, Sept. 7, says that the Government of the Allies had declared that no evacuation of Greece would take place until the King had named a ministry which enjoyed the confidence of the crown.

The German papers assert that Prince Adalbert, of Bavaria, has definitively refused to accept the accession to the throne of Greece, on condition of changing his religion, but reserves it for the children he may have by his recent marriage with a Spannish Princess. These papers add that a conference is about to be held at London, between France, England, and Russia, as the protecting powers of Greece, to come to some understanding on the subject.
