As a general fide, letters intended for a Wednesday's paper should be left at the Examiner office at the latest on Monday evening, and those intended for a Saturday's paper on Thursday evening. Correspondents are particularly requested to write only \ on one side of the paper, especially if they are desirous that their communications should have early attention. Mr. and Mrs. Millar's advertisements did not reach us till Saturday forenoon. They are inserted in to-day's paper.
