NOTICE — Whereas .many months ago, George Hidings prevailed on me to invest him and a Mr. Outridge with my Eatatc and 'Effects, and they thereupon took upon themselves, but have ever since defaulted, to distribute and pay tbe proceeds thereof amongst such of my Creditors as executed my Assignment, now several months ago, and I having since repeatedly, but fruitlessly, anxiontly solicited Mr. Ridings, through Mr. Justice Stephen and others, to render a statement of account, in order that I might see that myvaid Creditors and my said Kstate were fairly dealt with, and what part (if any) of my property had been, and how, disposed of; what dividend (if any) had been paid, and (if any) what property remained undisposed of — no information whereof can I, even yet, obtain, and am set at defiance therefrom : Now, therefore, as my only 'course for the protection of my Creditors, myself and family, I HEREBY GIVE this distinct antT preparatory NOTICE, namely, to the said George ,/Ridinß;* and Mr. Outridge, that I COUNTERMAND all POWER and AUTHORITY, either expressed or implied, which (if so) may in any manner have authorized them, or either of them, by letter of attorney or otherwise, to receive ; and to my Debtors I require,* and also hereby give them notice, that none of them shall pay to the said George Ridings and Co-trustee, or either of them, or to any other person or persons whomsoever, than to me personally (whose receipt alone will henceforth be a good discharge for) any money due to me, on pain of having afterwards again to pay me the same ; and further, I hereby demand, and in default of payment to me shall sue for the same.
