Zealand : I hereby appoint Tuesday, the 2nd day of August now next ensuing, at Twelve o'clock at noon, at a Booth or Hustings to be erected in the village of Richmond, for the NOMINATION of Members- to serve in the said House of Representatives. In the event of a Poll being demanded, I hereby appoint Tuesday, the 16th day of August aforesaid, for the POLLING to take plac4 at Richmond aforesaid. The Waimba East District, \^ The Waimea West District, and the Waimea South District, I hereby appoint the several days following, at Twelve at noon, for the NOMINATION of Members to serve in the said Provincial Council for the said several Districts : — For the •Suburban Districts, at Gardiner's Rope Walk, Town End, on Thursday, the 4th day of August, now next ensuing ; For the District of Waimea East, at Richmond, on Tubsday, the 2nd day of August aforesaid ; For the District of Waimba Wkst, at the Waimea Village, on Wednesday, the 3rd day of August aforesaid ; and I For the District of Waimba South, on Wednesday, the said 3rd day of August. TK^HEREAS the necessary WRITS * " having been issued by his Excellency the Governor of New Zealand for the ELECTION of a SUPERINTENDENT for the Province of Nelson under the provisions of an Act of Parliament, intituled, "An Act to Grant a Representative Constitution to the Islands of..New Zealand," I hereby appoint FRIDAY, the fifteenth day of July instant, at Twelve o'clock at noon, at the Court House, Nelson, for the nomination of Candidates ro fill the said office. In the event of a Poll being demanded, I hereby appoint MONDAY, the first day of August next, for the polling to take place in the following districts :— For the TOWN of NELSON, at the Court House aforesaid. For the SUBURBAN DISTRICTS, at a storehouse, Gardiner's Rope Walk, Town end. For the DISTRICT of WAIMEA SOUTH, at the school house in Spring Grove. For the DISTRICT of WAIMEA WEST, at the school house in the Waimea Village. For the DISTRICT of WAIMEA EAST, at the school house in the village of Richmond. For the DISTRICTS of MOTUEKA and MASSACRE BAY, at the school house in the village of Motueka. And for the WAIRAU DISTRICT, at a booth near Mr. Godfrey's Statioti, Wairau.
