Secret Committee, Monday, 26th May.

1. Lord Stanley's reply of 23d May to Lord Ingestre's letter of the sth May was read and considered.

2. A letter was read, dated 23d May, from Dr. Evans, one of the earliest colonists at Wellington, lately returned to England. 3. The draft of a reply to Lord Stanley, in accordance with the Committee's resolution of the 22d instant, was read, approved, and signed by the Chairman. Adjourned to one o'clock on Wednesday next.
