PORT NICHOLSON.

By the Government brig we have Wellington papers to the Bth instant. The brig Bee, from Sydney with 650 sheep, arrived on the 6th, bringing intelligence of the great New Zealand debate on the 17th, 18th, and 19th of June, and the appointment of Governor Grey. The columns of our contemporary are filled with the Company's eighteenth Report, and the correspondence between the Company and the Government, relating to the erection of the Province of Victoria. This intelligence was brought by the Scotia, from Sydney, on the 30th of October. We must defer our extracts until next week.
