A FESTIVAL to celebrate the RECALL -HL of CAPTAIN FITZROY and the APPOINTMENT of GOVERNOR GREY, will be held on THURSDAY, the 13th instant. A PUBLIC DINNER will be provided in the enclosed ground adjoining Mr. Harley's, in Bridge Street, admission to which will be by tickets only, to be had of the Committee on or before Saturday next, the Bth instant, after which day none will be issued gratuitously. The Dinner will be on the table at One o'clock, and every person is expected to bring a knife and fork, plate, and mug. A PUBLIC TEA for women and children (boys under fifteen years of age) will take place on the same premises at Four o'clock in the afternoon.
