T Kese cases have given the natives in our neighbourhood a great idea of English surgery, and in consequence another poor fe How, we believe from Massacre Bay, suffering from aneurism of the subclavian artery, has applied for relief. It is thought, however, that the disease has gone too far lor operation, and that his chance of recovery would be very slight.
